What used to be been called a “meštolin” is here synonymous with a wooden spoon used for preparing polenta with local spice mixtures, which we prepare in the traditional way, according to the recipes of our nonnas. The restaurant is also decorated in the style of the region’s past, adding a special touch to the local gastronomic offer by preserving only good quality.
